Endless woods
spreading afar
Phlegethon
The river of blood
Shows the way
deep in the dark
Leafless branches
rising up high
Those who couldn’t hold back
Are boiled in the river of blood
Their screams keep the trees awake
Inprisoning those who wouldn’t dare to stay

Suddenly fire ignites my heart
As I stare in the river the tortured stare back
The woods spread their branches
yet I cut them in half
And the ground beneath me
starts swallowing the stones on my back

Moving forward
one step at a time
violent thoughts
injected into my mind
All voices aligned
spell the words
“Abominable sands”
~
Finally
The forest reached its end
And I witnessed
golden red sands
burning the horrizon
A statue holds the sands intact
on its back
A tribute to Geryon
merciless by hand
Ash rains from the sky
Sandstorms wash away
remains
of broken cities and souls
Damned to wonder without end
in this realm
Sodomites, Blasphemers and Usurers
will burn
~
Suddenly fire ignites my heart
As I stare in the sands the tortured stare back
A sandstorm approaches
Ash rains from above
All fire goes through me
like I’m not there at all
Moving forward
one step at a time
violent thoughts
injected into my mind
cursed voices aligned
whisper lost words
only known to those who rot
~
And thus
I finally reached the gate
it’s sealed
by the chains of Judecca
My sword
seems faint as if made from ether
Two statues
stand tall inviting me to enter
They hold
Two axes rising high
And they cumble
in the blink of an eye
The chain broke
And the gate stood open lose
As I entered
I heard a laugh but no clue as to whose
